NV FIT BOOT CAMPS

Accelerate Fat Loss, Lean Muscle Gain and Maximum Results! NV Boot Camps are a small group training program that requires MAX effort! Your NV coaches will break it down into strength training, endurance, cardio, agility and metabolic conditioning!! Each class is 60 minutes.

Pilates for Athletes

Pilates is a full-body exercise method that builds strength and improves flexibility, balance, postural alignment, and core strength. This all-levels mat class will challenge you physically, go deep into the core, integrate mind and body, and leave you restored.

 

This class is 60 minutes

Core Crusher

This class is designed to build your core muscle groups while improving posture. In this 30 minutes class you will work on strengthening the ab & back muscles!

Coach Jen DiCandia has been creating custom nutrition programs for her clients for over 15 years.

 

Jen believes in a realistic approach that is sustainable for life.

 

Jen has a BS in Exercise Physiology and carries certifications from NASM, ACE, IYSA and Precision Nutrition.
